BILINGUAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST (Dental/Health Insurance Experience Preferred)
Dental Faith has been providing excellence in dental care since 2013. Our dental office in Nashville, TN supports a bilingual patient base and we are seeking a talented and professional Front Desk Receptionist with Dental Insurance & Billing Experience to join our great team!
The ideal candidate will also have excellent bilingual communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer service at our front desk.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting all incoming and outgoing patients
Monitoring patient flow
Answering telephones
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Verifying and Processing insurance information
Processing co-payments
Communicating with doctors, staff, and patients
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Maintain a clean and organized reception area

REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred
Previous experience in a dental insurance is preferred
Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
Strong typing skills and computer literacy
Excellent phone etiquette and customer support abilities
Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
Familiarity with computerized systems for scheduling and billing
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role

Job Types: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour (pending on experience)
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week; Saturday's included
