Registered Dental Hygienist
Brooker Memorial is a patient-focused dental practice focused on providing high-quality care to children throughout Litchfield County in our Torrington clinic and school-based programs. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic dental hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional clinical and communication skills, a gentle touch, a passion for working with young patients, and a commitment to access for care.
Responsibilities:

Provide excellent pediatric dental care to patients in a relaxed and comfortable environment
Demonstrate empathy and respect for diverse patient populations
Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
Maintain accurate and complete patient records
Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry

Qualifications:

Experienced dental hygienist who loves working with children
Licensed eligible in CT
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a patient-focused approach

Schedule:

Monday 8 AM - 5 PM
Thursday 1 PM - 7 PM
Saturdays (one per month)

Benefits:

Salary range $45- $50 depending on experience and qualifications
