We’re looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Employee to support our busy practice in Kernersville.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine patient coinsurance and provide financial details.
- Read EOBs and accurately post payments.
- Maintain a full hygiene schedule.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- Verify insurance coverage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience required.
- Proficient in coinsurance and EOBs.
- Eaglesoft experience preferred.
- Quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Mon - Thurs, 8 AM - 5 PM
