Dental Hygienist – Full Time (Monday - Thursday)$10,000 Signing Bonus
Location: Bethesda, MDSchedule: Monday - Thursday
Fusion Dental - Bethesda is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team. If you're passionate about providing excellent dental care, have iTero scanning experience, and want to work in a growing, motivating, and positive environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Perform comprehensive cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and stain removal.
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.
Accurately record patient information, charting, and maintain thorough dental documentation.
Assist in identifying and managing periodontal disease, providing SRPs when necessary.
Conduct iTero scans for digital impressions, enhancing patient treatment planning.
Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide a smooth patient experience.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, sterile environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of dental hygiene experience.
Knowledge of iTero scanning technology.
Current Dental Hygienist license in Maryland.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing time effectively.
A team player with a positive, professional attitude.
CPR certification is a plus.
