Basic Skills but not limited to:

Knows management software
Chart review
How to do good quality sealants
Can clean and scale efficiently
X-rays of awesome quality
Open the office

Proficient Skills include but not limited to:

Can run chairs assigned and stay on time
Ability to perform duties of hygiene coordinator
Close the office
Perform all maintenance on equipment and knowledge of when to do it
Know how to problem solve when equipment fails and who to call for what

Advanced skills include but not limited to:

Can train others to clean at top quality
Can work late for recall list
Ability to take ortho patients apart prior to prophy
Can take impressions
Ability to transfer from email to office/office to outside practice

Extra Credit:

Can perform any front desk task
Perform chairside operative duties
Step in and help with ortho patients
Stepping up to go to another location when needed and having a good attitude while doing it
