We are seeking a full time Dental Front Office Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office in a dental setting. *Responsibilities*
- Oversee daily operations of the front office
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
- Handle scheduling appointments and follow-ups
- Coordinate collections for appointments
- Utilize CDT coding system effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Assist with bilingual (Spanish) communication when needed
- Maintain and update computerized systems for patient records
*Skills*
- Proficient in patient service and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of CDT coding standards
- Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work with computerized systems efficiently
