We are a dental office looking for the ideal candidate for front desk to join our team. If you are organized, self motivated and have high energy, you could be that person. We're really hiring for someone with a great attitude and great energy and who can really assume to some responsibility for this area. You're the 'front line' of our office and will be the first point of contact over the phone or on arrival.
EXCELLENT PERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS A MOST.Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:-Scheduling, check in and check out, answering phone, more front desk duties as needed.

1+ years Dental Front Desk Experience but not required


Knowledge of Dentrix Operating and Scheduling System (a plus, but not required)
Patient scheduling and coordination
Ability to speak Spanish (not required, but desired)
Ensure records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy regulations.
