Job Description

Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments- Assist with dental administrative support tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Experience:
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a must- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is a must- Familiarity with dental scheduling software, such as Dentrix or eClinicalWorks, is a plus- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
