Job Description

We are seeking an expanded functions dental assistant to join our dental team at Dr. Beth Hendlin’s office in Valatie, NY. Dr. Hendlin and Dr. Vince Magro provide a modern, high-tech facility that prides itself in providing quality dental care in a comforting and positive environment. We are seeking an outgoing individual to join our team that shares the same passion for a great patient experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Provide chairside clinical support by assisting with procedures, charting, treatment planning, impressions, making temps, denture adjustments
· Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operations
· Oversee maintenance of dental equipment
· Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering
· Knowledge of dental software (Eaglesoft preferred)
· Front Desk experience helpful, not required
· Ability to take full mouth series of x-rays and work with digital x-ray system

Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of dental assisting experience (Certification preferred)
· Excellent communication skills and the commitment to work with a team
· High School Diploma
· CPR Certified (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
