Job Description

General dentist office in Dixon is seeking a dental office front desk to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:

Working with Open Dental or similar software to manage patient
Schedule and accomodate the patient (schedule, confirm, recall, registration, seating, etc)
Patient insurance verification and benefit check
Prepare and present treatment plan
Acccept and post patient payment, provide daily deposit sheet to the owner.
Submits insurance claim on a daily basis.
Post insurance payment
Send statements to the patient as needed.
Supporting office manager about misc. marketing effort. (social media, referral program, patient appreciation, etc)

Spanish speaking is a must.
