Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.
Duties- Manage and supervise front office staff- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out procedures- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records- Handle billing and insurance claims using Athenahealth or similar software- Assist with health information management and coding processes- Provide bilingual support to patients as needed- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
Requirements- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting- Proficiency in using computerized systems, including Athenahealth or similar platforms- Strong customer service and clerical skills- Knowledge of health information management and coding practices- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
