Responsibilities:
Greet Patients warmly and assist with scheduling appointments.Manage patient records and update information accurately in Dentrix.Handle insurance and billing claims efficiently.Coordinate with dental team to ensure smooth patient flow.Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in working in a dental front office setting.Proficiency with Dentrix software a must.Excellent communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
