Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor- Schedule appointments using Dentrix or Epic software- Manage patient care plans and medical scheduling efficiently- Handle medical collections and insurance billing- Maintain electronic health records and ensure accuracy of patient information- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
Requirements- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of dental office procedures- Experience with Dentrix or Epic software is preferred- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Familiarity with health information management systems is a plus
