Job Description

Our Mission: Main Street Endodontics is a new practice to Worcester County. Dr. Ivy has been practicing for eight years and made the decision to open this practice closer to her home. She wants to create a work environment with a small group of excited team members that are dedicated to making the patient experience at Main Street Endodontics absolutely exceptional. We will treat our patients like family; our team’s main focus will be to confidently make patients feel cared for and safe.
Open communication, job ownership, leadership, professional growth along side practice growth: Behind the scenes Dr. Ivy is interested in making systems as efficient and streamlined as possible. Your feedback, ideas, and suggestions will play a key role in this. Our team will need a lead assistant that likes to problem solve and share ideas. As our practice grows so will the responsibilities and leadership role of the lead assistant.
Experience: DA license (current, non- expired) required. Some endodontic experience is preferred but not necessary.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
