Job Description

*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and assisting dental professionals in delivering exceptional service. We would prefer someone with some dental experience or dental assisting school knowledge.
*Duties*
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in X-Ray procedures and dental assisting techniques (preferred but not required)
- Experience with 3D scanners and medical imaging systems is advantageous
- Ability to perform four-handed dentistry and assist in endodontic procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
