What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
- Manage front desk staff, patient scheduling, and workflow
- Handle patient relations, addressing concerns with empathy and ensuring a top-tier experience
- Collaborate with our dental team to optimize schedules and enhance productivity
- Oversee financials, including billing, insurance, and collections
- Ensure the practice complies with dental regulations and health standards
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive, high-energy work environment
- Manage office and dental supply inventory
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Dental Office Manager (or similar leadership role)
- Knowledge of dental billing, insurance processes, and scheduling systems (experience with Open Dental is a plus!)
- Strong leadership skills – you know how to motivate a team and keep things running smoothly
- A passion for customer service – you’re driven by creating great patient experiences
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
