Job Description

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Dental Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist both the front and back office with administrative and clinical dental care.
*Duties*
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Perform dental charting and maintain patient records using Eaglesoft or Epic software
- Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during procedures, including four-handed dentistry
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Take vital signs and document medical history
- Process insurance claims and faciliate dental billing
- Follow up on patient concerns
*Requirements*
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and X-ray procedures
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or Epic software for medical documentation
- Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in dental assisting preferred, but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
