Job Description

As a Front Office Business Assistant for our office, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Your main duties will include:
1. Greeting patients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
2. Collecting and verifying patient information, insurance details, and medical history.
3. Monitor and manage patient appointments including confirming appointments and managing cancellations.
4. Managing patient records, including updating and maintaining accurate information.
5. Present recommended plans to patients
6. Collaborate with the dental team to provide a seamless patient experience.
