Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Sterile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sterile environment, assisting the dental team with sterilization processes, and ensuring that all instruments and equipment are properly sanitized. This position is also an excellent opportunity for individuals who are recent graduates or aspiring dental assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to all infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Operate and maintain dental equipment, including sterilizers and autoclaves, ensuring they function correctly and efficiently.
- Thoroughly clean and sterilize dental instruments, such as handpieces, scalers, and mirrors, according to established guidelines.
- Utilize dental software to manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and provide basic life support when necessary.
- Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, including preparing patients for procedures and taking vital signs.
Experience: No prior experience is necessary, we will train the right person!
