Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and efficient start to their visit.
Route incoming communication to the appropriate department
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and manage patient records with accuracy.
