Pay will be based off of experience. We are open Monday - Thursday 8-5 and are looking for someone to work 2-3 of those days dependant on availability. We are fairly flexible on days/time. Our benefits include retirement plan, paid time off, health insurance, professional development opportunities.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will work closely with our dental team to promote oral hygiene, prevent dental diseases, and ensure our patients achieve optimal dental health. Responsibilities:- Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling, root planning, and polishing- Take and develop dental radiographs- Administer local anesthesia as directed by the dentist- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and charting- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical documentation using electronic health record systems- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications:- Valid Kansas Dental Hygiene license- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and equipment- Proficiency in medical coding and billing practices- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work well in a team environment- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
