Clinic Hours: We have an amazing schedule that provides a great Work/Life balance. Flexiblity for a 4 day or 5 day work week
Monday: 8am - 5pm
Tuesday: 8am - 6pm
Wednesday:7:30am -4:30pm (Optional)
Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday: 7:30pm - 1:30pm
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
Responsibilities:
The Dental Front Office Coordinator should
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Develop productive schedules.
Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
Manage patient documents and records.
Process and complete claim forms.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of Dental Office experience in a front office role
Open to Dental Assistants looking to transition into a front office role
Excellent customer service
Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
Experience with Dentrix a plus!
