Job Description

Part Time flexible days/ hours, NO WEEKENDS.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced dental hygienist with excellent people skills and the desire to learn new things while contributing to the overall success of our amazing practice. Our practice is focused on providing outstanding patient care and service. We have a beautiful modern office, with a wonderful team, situated along the Pewaukee River. We offer a great working environment with patient care being our primary focus.
Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough dental cleanings for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for each individual.
Adhere to aseptic technique to prevent infection and ensure a sterile environment for patients.
Recommend care to improve patients oral health.
Teach patients about proper teeth cleaning techniques.
Review a patient's dental and medical history.
Stay up-to-date with the latest dental systems and technologies to provide the highest level of care possible.

Our practice is open Monday and Thursday 8am - 3pm, Tuesday 8am - 7pm, and Friday 8am - 2pm. One hour per patient.

Requirements:

Valid state license to practice dental hygiene (RDH)
Familiarity with Dentrix (recommended but not required)
Current CPR certification
Strong understanding of infection control practices

Skills:

Experience in general dentistry and a commitment to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients.
Knowledge of general dentistry principles and practices.
Strong understanding of aseptic technique and infection control measures.
Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
Experience working in a dental office setting and proficiency in using dental systems and technology.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
