## OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist /Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental clinic or dental office setting, knowledge of Dental Terminology and able to provide exceptional patient service, doctor and administrative support.
## Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner- Manage the front desk operations efficiently
- Assist the doctor chairside as needed.- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records using MacPractice or similar software- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Prepare and present treatment plans as necessary
- Handle dental records request, referrals, and documentation- Verify insurance coverage and process payments- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide excellent patient care
## Qualifications- Previous experience in the Dental field to include front office reception and some back office is necessary- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a must- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
