Job Description
Job Title: Dental Hygienist
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team for Tuesdays and Wednesdays and possibly more days in the near future.
Duties:- Perform dental cleanings and assist with procedures as needed- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Conduct patient assessments and charting- Maintain patient records accurately- Utilize Eaglesoft or similar systems for patient management- Ensure aseptic techniques are followed in the dental office- Collaborate with the dental team to provide excellent patient care- Work in a variety of settings including pediatric dentistry and dental clinics
Requirements:- Certification in Dental Hygiene- Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry- Experience with Eaglesoft- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques in a dental setting- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor- Prior experience in a dental clinic is preferred
