Job Description
We are a busy dental practice with three doctors, specializing in general and prosthetic dentistry looking for a dental assistant to join our team. We are a modern dental office, utilizing digital and technological dental advancements.
The right person will be motivated and have a knowledgeable understanding of technology and dentistry, including digital radiography. Knowledge of 3D scanners, and Dentrix Dental Software is not necessary, but would be preferred.
Applicant must be radiology certified, CPR certified, and have a current Massachusetts Dental Assistant license.
Hours are Monday through Friday, and one Saturday a month. Exact schedule and salary to be discussed during interview.
Responsibilities- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, anticipating needs and providing support.- Utilize 3D scanner for accurate imaging and diagnostics.- Maintain aseptic technique and ensure proper sterilization of instruments.- Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy to assist in various procedures.- Handle patient medical imaging needs efficiently and with care.- Stay updated on CPR Certification and adhere to HIPAA regulations.- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ââ¬â 40 per week
