Job Summary:As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team in delivering exceptional oral healthcare services. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting during dental procedures, maintaining equipment and supplies, and upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:- Assist dentists during examinations and various dental procedures- Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments- Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices- Perform X-Rays and handle dental imaging processes- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Skills:- Proficiency in using 3D scanners and X-Ray machines- Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures- Familiarity with medical imaging software such as Eaglesoft- Understanding of dental terminology and medical records management- Experience in endodontics and prosthodontics is a plus
Qualifications:- Prior experience in dental assisting is advantageous- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment- Certification in Dental Assisting is desirable- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
