Established multi-office pediatric dental practice seeking a full-time dental receptionist who wants to make a difference. As the first line of customer service for all patients, you will have a large impact on children and their families. You will be part of a team that not only helps children feel better but also helps them to have a positive experience at the dentist.

Requirements:


Working in a dental, medical, or healthcare office (preferred).
Experience with dental insurance plans is a plus.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Must have excellent phone and interpersonal skills.



Job Responsibilities:


Customer service - greet patients with a smile and caring attitude.
Respond to patient questions and concerns.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, check voicemail.
Be proactive in following up with cancellations/no-show appointments.
Receive payments and post them to patient accounts.
