Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting good oral health practices.
Duties- Perform dental cleanings and assist with other dental procedures- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Take digital dental x-rays- Maintain accurate patient records- Conduct patient assessments and charting- Follow aseptic techniques to ensure infection control
Requirements
- Certification or Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist- Proficiency in pediatric dental care is a plus- Proficiency in periodontal cases is a plus- Familiarity with patient assessment, vital signs, and anatomy- Understanding of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
