Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting good oral health practices to our patients. Looking for one to two day per week.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and oral health screenings- Perform dental cleanings- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software- Take and develop dental x-rays and other medical imaging as needed- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols- Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and clinic procedures- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills- Proficiency in patient assessment- Competence in medical imaging techniques- Strong understanding of aseptic technique and infection control- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills- Understanding of dental clinic operations and procedures
