As we prepare for the retirement of one of our valued hygienists, we are seeking a new team member who will enjoy the stability of working in a single location with a close-knit, dynamic team. Our current team includes another hygienist, a dental assistant, an office manager, and a receptionist—all of whom are full-time employees.
Here are some key aspects of the position and our commitment to flexibility:
Work Schedule: We offer appointments Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can select your preferred hours within this range, with the option to adjust as needed. We request a six-month advance notice for scheduling preferences, though we understand that flexibility is sometimes required. The schedule can also be adapted based on seasonal needs.
Patient Scheduling: Most appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes, though this can be adjusted based on patient needs. You have the flexibility to modify the schedule according to the complexity of each case.
Equipment and Supplies: We provide state-of-the-art equipment and supplies, including Cavitron ultrasonic scalers, Releaf HVE, Isodry, Intraoral cameras, Hybenx and Oraqix. You will have input on the selection of tools and supplies, ensuring they meet your preferences. We rarely use nitrous oxide. But, when we do, small clear nose pieces are available which makes it easier to clean max anterior teeth.
Compensation: For this position, we are open to discussing either an hourly wage or a percentage of collections, based on your preference.
