Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team. We are an established but growing dental center in our beautiful Capital city. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service in a dental office setting.
Duties- Manage the front desk area, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and answering phone calls with warm enthusiasm.- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing and claims- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence- Assist with dental billing procedures and insurance verification- Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and administrative support to enhance office operations
Qualifications- Proven experience in front desk management or related administrative roles- Familiarity with dental billing processes and insurance verification- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
