About us
Jackson Park Family Dental is a family owed parctice for over 40 years! Our dental practice is looking to add another team member. You will be working in a professional and fun-loving environment, with families and patients 2 years to 100 years. We are looking for a friendly, dental assistant/receptionist. Our office is open Monday through Friday with NO weekend hours.
Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare exam rooms for appointments by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for the dentist
Assist dentist throughout appointment, take and process X-rays
Update and maintain dental records using computer
Assist with lab work
Track office supplies and ordering
Handle general maintenance of exam rooms and the dental office
Accurately gather personal and insurance information from patient
Follow HIPPA laws at all times
Maintain referral records to and from other doctors
Our receptionists' are responsible for administrating the day to day activities of our office. These include, but are not limited to, maintenance of patient records, accounts receivable scheduling of patients, and recall system. Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism. Opening and closing of the office according to protocol.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
