Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our friendly team at a busy general Dental office in Los Gatos. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients , providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims- Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and data entry- Utilize Dental terminology .- Provide support to staff as needed
Requirements
- Experience with insurance verification processes- Ability to communicate effectively- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor- Previous experience in a Dental setting is preferred- Ability to inhale fast-paced environments and multitask effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.50 - $30.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
