Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional dental clinic setting.
Duties- Conduct dental cleanings and assist with procedures under the supervision of a dentist- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Perform patient assessments, including oral cancer screenings and review of medical history- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques efficiently- Assist with CAD/CAM procedures when necessary
Requirements- Certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program- Proficiency in general dentistry procedures and terminology- Experience with medical documentation and electronic health records- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients- Knowledge of dental office protocols and infection control practices- Previous experience working in a dental clinic is preferred
