Dental Assistant-Bilingual (preferred)- Full-time
Waukesha Dental Solutions has a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a busy, growing practice with a high-functioning team as a Dental Assistant.
What you will do:
As a Dental Assistant you will work to enhance the daily operations of the clinic by providing excellent care and communication to our patients. As a Dental Assistant you will:

Sterilization of instruments
Room turnover with proper sterilization technique
Assist Hygienists
Maintain Cleanliness of office
Assisting chair-side with doctor
Taking records, impressions, or x-rays
Using computers to update electronic patient records
Assisting with lab tasks as needed
Assisting with front office tasks as needed
Delivers postoperative and general oral care instructions to patient
Maintains infection control procedures, patient privacy, and professional interactions with patients and staff

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Dental assistant experience, preferred, but open to train the right candidate
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Previous customer service or office experience
Proficiency or the ability to become proficient within 90 days in dental terminology and dental software for charting, treatment planning, clinical notes, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Foster a positive attitude and be a team player

Hours:

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 4 days/week
