Job Description
We are looking for a Full-time or Part-time Dental Front-Office person to be a great addition to our amazing team. Knowledge of Dentrix, Insurance billing and eligibility verification is a plus. Someone who has a cheerful and positive attitude, is a self-starter and can work independently, and has excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, maintaining patient records and preparing reports. The successful candidate will be capable of handling a high volume of calls.
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients, checking-in and check-out
Schedule appointments for patients, answer, receive and make calls.
Make calls, follow-ups and confirming appointments
Collection and posting payment
Insurance verification and benefit coordination - we have a billing company and eligibility team as well
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and be a friendly team player.
Request reviews and text communication with patients when needed.
Handle problems quickly and efficiently.
Answer questions about the office and dental procedures with help of doctors and other staff.
Represent the dental office in a positive manner to patients, other offices, and other organizations.
Perform administrative tasks for the dental office.
