Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of a busy and successful family-owned practice. Responsibilities include managing patient calls and emails, maintaining full schedules for the Doctor and RDH, verifying insurance benefits, and collaborating with the Doctor to create and assemble treatment plans, among other duties.
The ideal candidate will LOVE working with people and have the following qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a dental practice working with insurance
Great customer service skills and a passion for working with people
Understanding of clinical procedures and ADA codes
Proficiency in dental insurance plans required
Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
Knowledge and experience with electronic claims submission
Experience executing preauthorizations and posting payments
Fun, kind, positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to accurately communicate and perceive information and ideas over phone and in person

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37 per week
