Your Role:As our Registered Dental Assistant/Front Office Coordinator, you’ll wear two fabulous hats! Here’s what to expect:
Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

Support Our Smile Makers: Assist our talented dentists during procedures, ensuring the best care for our patients while keeping everyone relaxed and comfortable.
Prep Like a Pro: Prepare treatment rooms efficiently by sterilizing instruments and stocking all necessary supplies, making sure we’re always ready to shine.
Capture Great Moments: Take and develop dental X-rays like a champ, contributing to accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Patient Education Ninja: Guide patients on optimal oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care, making sure they leave with not just great smiles but also knowledge!
Keep Our Systems Running Smoothly: Maintain and update patient records and help with appointment scheduling to keep the office workflow seamless.

Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

Be Our Frontline Star: Greet patients with a friendly smile and provide top-tier customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in.
Administrative Whiz: Handle phone calls, manage appointment bookings, and assist with insurance verification and billing processes with ease.
Organizational Guru: Keep everything organized, ensuring patient records are up-to-date and the office operates like a well-oiled machine.
Team Player: Collaborate with our dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience and a positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications Matter! A high school diploma or equivalent is required; completion of a dental assisting program is preferred.
Certified Superstar: Valid state certification/licensure as a Registered Dental Assistant is a must.
Dual Talent: Previous experience in a dental office is a plus; we’re excited to speak to individuals who have both dental assisting and front office skills!
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in dental software and basic office tools will be your secret weapon.
People Person: Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will keep our patients feeling welcome and valued.
