Responsibilities include:

Professionally handling patient phone calls
Schedule management
Greeting patients and keeping their information up to date
Patient treatment plan preparation and discussion
Payment/collections
Insurance benefits and claims

Requirements:

Positive and outgoing personality
Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
Eaglesoft experience preferred but not required
Willingness to learn
Computer Skills
Minimum of 1-year front office experience preferred but not required
