Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
Private practice Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery office established in 2001, as have been serving our community and referring doctors with quality care and establishing relations with our patients, staff and referring doctors.
Who We're Looking For
Oral Surgery office in West Los Angeles looking for a full time competent, dedicated and reliable individual to manage front office operations. Efficiency and accuracy with account receivable, collection and billing dental insurance is required. AT LEAST ONE YEAR experience in front office in dental field is a must. Duties include but are not limited to: managing staff as well as patients, answering phone calls, making appointments, confirm appointments, follow up calls to patients, verifying insurance, billing insurances and patients, communicating with referring dentists offices. Must be able to multi-task with accuracy.
