Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a joyful candidate with a positive attitude, who will take initiative to make their profession and personal life better.  We require 1 year dental experience with dental software and terminalogy. Someone who also has excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and document communication immediately
• Keep patient waiting area neat and inviting throught the day
• Patient check in and check out, take payments, confirm financial arrangements
• Check messages throughout the day
• Import personal information from NP questionnaire into chart
• Send referrals out by end of day
• Handle appointment reschedules
• Scheduling patients for their chosen treatment with an ideal practice flow in mind
