Palm & Poppy Pediatric Dentistry is a new pediatric dental office located in Pasadena, CA. We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to be a critical part of the team as we grow our practice. We seek highly responsible, caring, and strongly self-motivated individuals who have proven experience working with children. We are searching for team members who share our values: dedication to high-quality care for patients, passion for creating a productive and supportive work environment, and excitement towards helping develop a growing practice. Our goal is to uplift one another within our team while creating a positive dental home for the community.
This position has a start date of mid-September. We will be open for patient care Tuesdays and Wednesdays, during which the RDA will primarily carry out back office duties. Where applicable, the RDA will help with front desk duties, including scheduling, checking insurance eligibility, and interfacing with patients upon check-in. On the non-patient care days, the RDA will be assisting with front desk duties, marketing activities, and generally supporting the team in any way possible as we establish this growing practice.
This position will transition into a 100% RDA role in the future.
