Job Description

We are looking for a superstar assistant to join our team at our oral surgery team!

This role is a full-time position (4days/week) M, T, W, F 7:00am - 4pm. 

Must have dental assisting experience.

RDA license required.

Must provide resume and references.

Who We're Looking For:

• Perform intraoral scans with Medit i700 scanner efficiently and effectively
• Printing, curing and trimming surgical guides
• Assist oral surgery procedures under sedation, nitrous, and local anesthesia
• Proficient with implant surgery protocols (Straumann and Nobel)
• Record keeping: anesthesia log, implant log, medications, report printing, and additional needs of electronic medical record
• Obtain X-rays, panoramic, CBCT, intraoral photos
• Instrument Sterilization, turnover of operatories, maintaining cleanliness of the practice, spore testing, infection control
• Stock/order supplies
• Review pre-op and post-op instructions with implant patients
• Assist with patient consultations and postop checks
• Manage digital workflow and technology
• Communicate with dental referral offices
• Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and clean
