Job Description

Our highly reviewed dental practice in Reseda, CA is seeking a Dental Hygiene Coordinator or Dental Receptionist to join our small but mighty team!

This position will include basic dental front office duties like scheduling patients and insurance verification. Dentrix or similar software experience ideal. Spanish speaking is a plus. 

Full Time Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9a-6p and Friday 8a-4p

Dental Hygiene Coordinator/ Dental Receptionist duties include:

• Greet Patients in a warm and welcoming manner
• Perform insurance verification for patients treatment
• Assist with keeping hygienists and doctors schedule full
• Build trust with patients ensuring their needs are met and understand the patient’s objectives 
• All other front desk duties as asked by Office Manager and Doctor.

We have a wonderful work environment with many long standing employees. Our office is a private practice located in Reseda, CA in the San Fernando Valley near Northridge, Van Nuys, Encino and Canoga Park areas.
