Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Onboarding and training new hires
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Provide weekly updates to the team on progress toward the monthly goal
Have an understanding of and desire to schedule smarter, not harder
Assist with budgeting and financial management
Collaborate with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
Assume the role of lead treatment coordinator and strive for a case acceptance rate of 67%.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dental office management
Experience in dental insurance billing
Strong sales/ treatment planning skills, collecting payment in full and upfront, we are a Fee For Service office
Proficient in using office software and systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
Must have dental experience and knowledge of dental terminology
Familiarity with Oryx or other dental software is preferred
Experience in budgeting or financial management is a plus
Salary:$28.00-$30.00 per hour plus monthly bonus
