Who We're Looking For: A motivated, team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant who loves working with kids. Start with 3-4 days a week and grow with us! Previous pediatric experience is great, but not required — we’re excited to train the right person.

What You'll Do:

Provide outstanding customer service and patient care.
Assist chair-side with tray setups, four-handed dentistry, and room breakdown.
Support the doctor with behavior management techniques.
Perform digital dental radiography.
Chart and take notes using Open Dental software.
Take patient medical and dental histories.
Sterilize instruments and manage inventory.
Help with front office duties as needed.

Competitive Salary: $27-35/hour (based on qualifications, experience, and willingness to assist with front office tasks)
Flexible Hours: Up to 32 hours per week (3-4 days), with potential for more as we grow.

What We Need:

Licenses & Certifications: Registered Dental Assistant and X-Ray Certification
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, Dental Assisting Program graduation preferred, 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred (especially in pediatrics)
