THURSDAY & FRIDAY 9AM-5PM. Searching a reliable Dental Assistant who can diligently assist the Periodontist with various dental & lab procedures. Certification OR Experience NOT Required. Bilingual in English and Spanish HIGHYLY preferred. Generally, the hours are Thursday & Friday 9-5.
Duties include, but not limited to: Keep the exam rooms and dental instruments clean, sterile & organized, assist doctor with four handed dentistry, take xrays, play prominent role in comforting patients, assist during patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records, give post- op/hygiene instructions, stay current with dental supplies inventory.
Qualifications Required: Understanding of health & safety regulations, excellent communication and people skills, organized and detail oriented, good computer skills, high school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification is not required.
