Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team who shares in our passion for serving our patients and communities. We are a well-established private practice in Chiefland Florida.
Applicant must have at least one-year dental front desk experience. You must be a team player and able to solve problems with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Experience providing excellent customer service to patients. Excellent computer skills, Attention to details, Well-organized and reliable. Ability to multi-task, Discuss treatment plans with patients. Schedule patient appointments. Collection and posting of patient co-payments on day of visit. Understand dental insurance explanations of benefits. Manage unscheduled list, treatment pending, missed appointments and next visit scheduling to meet standard of care. Work as a team to comply with OSHA and HIPPA guidelines. Knowledge of Dentrix EHR is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
