Responsibilities
Responsibilities (front desk/receptionist):
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Responsibilities (RDA):
- Breaking down/ setting up dental chairs
- Assist dentists during dental treatment
- Clean dental instruments
- Maintain dental equipment and instruments
- Clean operatories and office when needed
Requirements:
- Self manager; can complete tasks independently without constant supervision
- Has integrity and good ethics. Employer must be able to trust team member
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminologies and procedures is a must have
- Proficient in using Open Dental software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
- Friendly and professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
